Stuvia is an online marketplace like Nexus Notes for buying and selling study materials such as study notes, summaries, textbook summaries, assignments, manuals, essays, etc.
The site was developed to help students get relevant study materials uploaded by other students to adequately prepare for exams and tests. Students who upload their study materials on Stuvia are rewarded for their efforts by getting paid each time their document sells.
Before we get to see the onboarding process to make money by uploading your study materials on Stuvia, it’s important to know that you can upload materials such as old exams, PowerPoint class slides, scanned textbooks, and published scientific articles.

- Head over to Stuvia.com. locate and click on the Sell button.
- You’ll be prompted to the document upload page. You’ll first need to select your institution country, then the kind of study document that you want to upload. There are three options available there namely: Exam, Qualification, Training, or Test, Course at College/University, and High school subject. Select the document type depending on the kind of document that you want to upload.
- Next, you will need to describe the document in detail, then publish it, and finally set the price at which you want to sell it.
The minimum price that you can set for your document is 2.5 Euros and the more documents that you sell, the more you earn money on Stuvia.
Your money would instantly be transferred to your Stuvia account as soon as any of your study documents sells and you would be able to withdraw directly to your PayPal account when you’ve accumulated a minimum of 10 Euros.
